1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the heh555 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at heh555.club.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Supported Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and DBBL (Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited), being the payment channels currently integrated with the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required before certain account actions are permitted.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the heh555 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. heh555 is strictly an adult gambling platform. We do not permit access to or use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by heh555 or any third-party responsible gambling programme to which heh555 subscribes.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not have had a previous heh555 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

heh555 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Registering an Account if you do not meet the above criteria is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by heh555, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. heh555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain current information may delay withdrawal processing or result in Account suspension.
• Account closure requests: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be resolved before the Account is closed, unless the closure is requested as a responsible gaming self-exclusion, in which case the closure will take immediate effect.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

heh555 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following applies to all Players:

• heh555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. We may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and are stored securely.
• If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested verification documents, heh555 reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold withdrawals pending resolution.

Age verification is treated as a priority KYC requirement. Any Account for which the Player's age cannot be confirmed as 18 or above will be suspended immediately, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be voided.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on heh555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC requirements.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within seconds of payment confirmation from the relevant service provider.
• heh555 does not charge any fee on deposits made via Supported Payment Methods. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account reviewed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. First-time withdrawal requests may take additional time pending document review.
• heh555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual crediting times depend on your payment provider's own processing schedules.
• heh555 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount where there is reason to suspect irregular activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

heh555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus offer will state its applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the offer. Bonus Funds that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• heh555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Wagering Requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic betting strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for an offer — will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided and their Account suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless and until all Wagering Requirements are met.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the heh555 Platform. Specific game rules are published within each game or market and should be read in conjunction with these general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. heh555 will not reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except in circumstances where the Platform has accepted a bet at clearly erroneous odds or where the underlying event has been cancelled.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or live betting event, heh555 will endeavour to settle affected bets fairly based on available data at the time of the interruption. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• For cricket and sportsbook markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific in-play settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• heh555 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount available to any individual Player at any time, including in response to consistently high-value winning activity.
• The use of any form of arbitrage betting, where bets are placed systematically to exploit pricing differences between markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, is considered a form of bonus or system abuse and may result in bet voiding and account review.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heh555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud heh555 or other Players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multi-player formats such as poker or live casino tables.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform software to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. heh555 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 to access the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.

9 Responsible Gaming

heh555 takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered Players to help manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heh555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or game malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information that are corrected before the relevant bet or game round is settled.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by heh555, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

heh555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via the contact details registered on your Account. The effective date of any revised version will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which heh555 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team may be referred to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
